Drill Sgt is designed to keep pushup tracking simple. We collect only the information needed to run the app, sync your progress, and support optional backup and restore.

Information We Collect

• Workout history, including completed sets, dates, and pushup counts.
• App settings such as reminder preferences, interval length, and goals.
• Anonymous account identifiers used for sign-in, sync, and backup.
• Optional email address if you choose email backup or restore.

How We Use Information

We use your information to save your progress, restore your data when requested, schedule reminder behavior, troubleshoot support requests, and operate the app.

Service Providers

Drill Sgt uses Convex for authentication, data storage, and sync. If you use email backup, Drill Sgt uses Resend to send one-time backup or restore codes to the email address you provide.

Notifications

Reminder notifications are controlled by your device permissions and app settings. Drill Sgt stores reminder preferences and schedules local notifications on your device so you can be prompted for future sets.

Sharing And Sales

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate Drill Sgt, comply with law, protect the app, or respond to your support requests.

Your Choices

You can disable reminders in the app or in your device settings. You can remove email backup in the app. You can delete your account and app data from the app settings.
