Why are reminders not showing?

Confirm reminders are enabled in Drill Sgt settings and that notifications are allowed in your device settings. Some notification behavior can also be affected by focus modes, battery settings, or notification summaries.

How does email backup work?

Email backup is optional. If you add a backup email, Drill Sgt can send a one-time code so you can restore your progress on another device.

Can I remove my backup email?

Yes. Open Drill Sgt settings and choose the option to remove email backup. Your workout data stays on the current account unless you delete the account.

How do I delete my account?

Open Drill Sgt and go to Settings > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] for help.
